Good morning valued Millhouse Patient
Millhouse now has Ministry approval to give Covid Vaccinations to all over 12 years onsite at 130 Millhouse Drive.
Some of you have already received at least one immunisation, and may have a Vaccination Centre booking for the second. You now have the option to come to our General Practice for your free vaccination.
To make your bookings for first and/or second vaccinations at Millhouse call Reception, phone 537 4980.
We encourage those with chronic illness to make this a priority and if you have concerns please discuss with your medical team.
