Policy 3.1 PATIENT COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE
The Millhouse Medical Centre will acknowledge promptly any complaint received, investigate impartially the grievance and inform the complainant of the findings and action taken.
Where appropriate, the complainant will be informed regarding the role of the Health and Disability Commissioner.
The Complaints Procedure will be displayed publicly.
