Our medical team is dedicated to serving you and your family through our range of Patient services. Our doctors, nurse practitioner and practice nurses are skilled in primary health care, backed by our health coaches and receptionists. Our role is to enable each person to attain quality health. At all times the dignity of the person is respected.

Your Own Doctor: To be able to have a doctor who knows you and your health concerns is a core value at Millhouse clinic. You select that doctor when you register and we endeavour to maintain that ongoing relationship. However, there will be times when your doctor is not available and you may need to consult another member of our medical team. These include our Nurse Practitioner, Health Improvement Coach, and Practice Nurses.

Requesting Prescriptions using our Patient Portal

(Manage my Health )

This is by far the most efficient means of requesting a prescription.

If you are registered with ManageMyHealth, please log into your account and submit the "request a repeat prescription form".

Please be ready to provide details on medication and the pharmacy you would like to use. Allow at least 24 hours for processing. A charge will apply for this service.

If you are not registered, follow the guidance elsewhere on this page to set up your own Patient Portal.

Alternatively you can fill in the online form. Again you will be required to fill in details like medication names and to nominate a pharmacy.


Requesting Prescriptions by Phone

New or repeat scripts can also be requested by phoning (09) 5374980. After the standard message about 111 and emergencies, follow the voice prompt to Press 3 for Repeats.

Please be ready to provide details on medication and the pharmacy you would like to use. Allow at least 24 hours for processing. A charge will apply for this service.

Patient Portal

At Millhouse Medical Centre, one of our most important missions is to provide the best digital care experience to our patients. 


ManageMyHealth is a comprehensive patient portal, that is available via app and web, with services that will improve our care service to a whole new level.


Our patients love using our online Booking system on the ManageMyHealth site, accessed by the E-booking tab above. However this service also has other features such as Self- Access to clinical records, and lab results as well as requesting repeat prescriptions. 


Registering for MMH

The first time you login you will need to provide personal details including a unique email address and an activation code that you can request from Reception. After the joining process, you will be able to access your personal Patient Portal without contacting Reception again.


Occasionally the system has problems, eg due to a mobile phone number being different from the one held in the practice computer record.  In this case, please call or email us and we will endeavour to facilitate your access to the e-appointment site. 


Seeking Results

If a clinical test result is abnormal and/or you require treatment or further investigations, we will contact you by telephone, or by letter.

You will not be contacted if your result is normal. If you wish to enquire about the results of your tests, please telephone our nurse:

We encourage you to use the Patient Portal - ManageMyHealth, as this will allow you access to your clinical records, such as your lab results.
