IMMUNISATION appointments  (PRESS ‘1’)

NURSE appointments (PRESS ‘1’)

Free nursing services include blood pressure, weight checks, child & flu vaccinations (65 yr & chronic illness) and venepuncture (blood taking). Injections, APS therapy, and liquid nitrogen wart treatment  are charged a nominal fee.  Patients are asked to schedule appointments for the nurse service between 9.00 am-4.15 pm.

INVESTIGATION RESULTS (PRESS ‘2’)

Our policy is that patients are informed of their investigation results. We are endeavoring to use EMAIL as our primary communication so please ensure we have your current EMAIL address.

When phoning for results you may contact the nurse directly by entering ‘2’. We would prefer that non-urgent inquiries are received between 10.00 am-4.00 pm on the quieter days of Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. If the nurse is unavailable, Reception will arrange for her to contact you as soon as is practical.   Mobile phone contact is used only in exceptional circumstances.

All doctor requests for urgent results are reported on the same day. Remember you can make a follow-up appointment at any time to discuss your results.
